Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Given the nature of these products and services, I can’t accept any returns, provide any refunds, or entertain any exchanges. Please be sure you’re certain that the item you are ordering is exactly what you want and that it is exactly how you want it. Once the order is placed I’ll start working on it right away and so it’s hard to cancel orders once they’ve been placed.

I will do everything in my power to set things right if you do have an issue with anything. Reach out to me and I will see to it that I’ve made you whole if it was something that I can control. Given my attention to detail, I doubt you’ll need to be worried about anything, but I’m here to help should anything come up!

Processing Times

Processing beings as soon as an order has been placed and payment has been received upfront. Each of my items are handcrafted for you. Sometimes it’s a lengthy process depending on the customization or details involved in crafting that item. For most items, the entire start-to-ship-ready timing takes about 3-5 business days. In special circumstances, the item description will mention an extended processing time to keep you informed that processing for that specific item may be longer. This does not include the shipping time for you to receive the item.

Shipping and Shipping Times

Once the item has finished processing it gets ready to be shipped. At that point, you should receive an updated email from Crafty Hathi that includes tracking information for your package. Items will only be shipped within the United States of America. If you managed to trick our payment processing and shipping information system into accepting an order for an item to be shipped outside of the USA then just know that the order will likely be canceled. You can expect most items to ship within 1-3 business days of processing. Always refer to the tracking information that will be provided to you for the most accurate shipping times. Crafty Hathi is not responsible for any delays outside of processing. Crafty Hathi is also not responsible for any damaged, lost, or missing packages.
